How do I download my cheat?

Follow the steps below to download your cheat. After purchase, your cheat product download link and license key are sent to the email address you used at checkout. Most card payments deliver in about a minute and crypto orders start delivery after network confirmations. If the email isn’t there, use the quick checks below before contacting Support.

How delivery works

  • Card payments: delivery is automatic and typically arrives within ~1 minute.
  • Crypto payments: delivery starts once the network confirms your transaction (this can take a few minutes depending on the network).

Where it’s sent: the inbox of the email address you entered at checkout.

Find your email fast (60-second check)

  1. Open the inbox of your checkout email.
  2. Search for “SecureCheats” and your order number (if shown at checkout).
  3. Check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Updates folders.
  4. If you use filters or focused inbox, check the Other/filtered view.
  5. Wait 2–5 minutes (especially for crypto), then refresh the page.

Troubleshooting delivery

A) You used a different email at checkout

  • Re-check the email address you used at checkout for the cheat product purchase.
  • If you have multiple addresses, search for “SecureCheats” in all of them.
  • If you’re not sure which address you used, include your order ID when you contact our support team, so that we can locate it quickly.

B) It’s in Spam/Promotions or blocked

  • Mark the message “Not spam” and move it to your inbox.
  • Add our sender to your contacts/allow list to prevent future filtering.

C) Crypto payment is pending

  • Delivery starts after network confirmations. If you just paid, give it a few minutes and refresh your inbox.
  • If the payment shows as completed on your side but you haven’t received the email after confirmations, contact Support with the transaction ID.

D) You never received anything (after waiting)

  • Gather your order ID, checkout email, and approximate time of purchase.
  • Contact our support staff using Open a Ticket so we can resend your details.
