Payments & Billing Basics for Cheat Products
Summary
SecureCheats sells fixed-duration hack product licenses (1/7/30-day). We accept cards and crypto. This page explains delivery time, an international pre-checkout checklist that prevents most declines and “high-risk” reviews, and what to do if a payment is pending.

Payment methods & delivery time
- Cards: We accept major credit/debit cards. Your cheat product email (download + key) typically arrives ~1 minute after payment completes.
- Crypto: The delivery email is sent after network confirmations (time varies by chain congestion).

International pre-checkout checklist (reduces declines & reviews)
Before paying with a card, confirm that all the following are correct and aligned:
- International transactions are enabled on your card (call your bank if unsure).
- First & last name match the cardholder’s name exactly.
- Billing & shipping address are in the same country as the card’s issuing country.
- ZIP/Postal code matches the issuing country and your bank’s records.
- Phone number is valid/reachable (not “123123” or placeholders).
- Current IP address is in the same country as the issuing country.
- Email address is valid and accessible (delivery email arrives here).
If your payment is pending or marked high-risk
Why this happens:
- Banks can block an unfamiliar international charge until you approve it.
- Mismatch in name/address/ZIP, IP country mismatch, placeholder phone, or other risk flags.
- The gateway requires additional verification.
What to do:
- Re-check the international checklist above and correct any mismatch.
- If the order status is unchanged after ~1 hour, contact us via our front-page chat with your order email and time of purchase.
- Call your bank to approve the transaction, then retry once we confirm it’s clear.
Important: Repeated failures can trigger a 24-hour temporary restriction on purchases from the same account/IP/billing address.
Receipts, invoices & taxes
- Receipts are sent automatically to your checkout email.
- Invoices/VAT/GST can be requested using your order details.

Common questions
Do you store my card?
No – payments are processed by licensed providers; we do not store card numbers.
Can I change license duration after purchase?
You can choose a different duration on your next purchase. Existing licenses can’t be extended mid-term.
Crypto says confirmed but no email yet.
