Manage Your SecureCheats Account (Details, Orders, Downloads & Support Tab)
Summary
Your SecureCheats account is where you manage personal details, orders, downloads, and Support for your hacks (including aimbots and ESP/wallhack). You can create an account during checkout or anytime via Register in the top menu. This page shows what each tab does and how to update information safely.
Find your account
- Click Sign In (top menu) and enter your email + password.
- New here? Use Register to create an account.
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot Password to reset it via email.
Tip: Use the same email address you used at checkout so that your orders and downloads link automatically.
Dashboard overview (WooCommerce “My Account”)
You’ll see tabs such as Dashboard, Orders, Downloads, Addresses, Account details, and Support (SecureCheats).
- Dashboard – Quick links to recent activity and shortcuts to other tabs.
- Orders – View order history/status and copy your order ID for Support.
- Downloads – Access files tied to your recent purchases (your launcher/loader for installed cheats/hacks).
- Addresses – Edit Billing and Shipping for future purchases.
- Account details – Change your name, email, and password.
- Support (SecureCheats) – Open a ticket and view replies in one place.
Update your details
Change your email
- Go to Account details.
- Enter your new email and current password.
- Save and verify the confirmation email.
Best practice: Keep this mailbox active – order delivery and reset links are sent here.
Change your password
- In Account details, enter your current and new password.
- Save.
We recommend: 12+ characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Update billing/shipping address
- Open Addresses → Billing or Shipping.
- Update fields → Save.
Card tip: The address/ZIP should match your bank’s records; the country should match the card’s issuing country.
Orders & downloads
View an order
- Go to Orders → select an order to see items, date, amount, and status.
- Keep your order ID handy when contacting our support team.
Get your downloads
- Open Downloads for files tied to recent purchases.
- If you don’t see a download, confirm that you signed in with the same email account used at checkout.
- Your launcher/loader is delivered via email and listed here when available.
Support tab (faster help)
Use the Support tab inside My Account to contact the team and track replies.
For the quickest resolution, include:
- Your order ID, the game/title, and a brief description
- Your Windows version and GPU driver
- Screenshots or a short clip of the issue
- What you tried already (from First-Time Setup Checklist)
- Which feature was active when the issue occurred (e.g., aimbot, ESP/wallhack, or controller support)
Keep your account secure
- Use a strong, unique password (and enable 2FA if available).
- Only download/update through the official launcher/loader.
- Never share your password or license details in chat or email.
- Sign out on shared devices.
