Your Product

You purchased a time-limited license for our cheat products (1-day, 7-day, or 30-day). There’s no auto-renewal, so, when time runs out, you need to buy again to continue using the product (view our full range of gaming hack products). Your order email includes your download and license key. This page explains what’s included, how access works, and the quickest way to get up and running.

What you purchased

• License duration: 1 / 7 / 30 days (fixed).
• What’s included:
  • Access to the SecureCheats launcher during your license period
  • Access to the features for the cheat products you selected
  • Compatibility updates released during your license period
  • Standard support via tickets
• Renewal model: No subscriptions. When your license period ends, you need to purchase another license.

How access is delivered

• Delivery speed: Orders are processed automatically. The email with your download and key typically arrives within about a minute.
• Where to find it: Check the inbox for the email address you used at checkout. Also check your Spam/Promotions folder.
• If nothing arrives: See Access & Delivery: When and Where You’ll Get Your Key and Download for quick fixes (spam, email mismatch, resend steps).

What “Undetected” really means

• Always check our Cheat Status page before launching.
• Undetected reflects our current testing and user reports – it is not a guarantee.
• If a title shows Updating or Down, wait for the all-clear. We post updates in Game Patch Updates & Running Log and Announcements (coming soon).

Note: If downtime affects you, we will communicate through the Running Log and Announcements so you know what’s happening next.

Quick start (5-minute checklist)

1. Open your order email → copy your key and download the launcher.
2. Install prerequisites → .NET + VC++ redistributables; reboot if prompted.
3. Allow-list the launcher → Windows Security/Defender (and any third-party AV).
4. Close overlays for the first run → Discord, Steam, GeForce/ShadowPlay, RTSS, OBS.
5. Check Cheat Status page → if all clear, launch the game and follow the on-screen steps for your cheat product.

If anything fails, jump to First-Time Setup Checklist (5 Minutes) or open a ticket.

Support & refunds (the short version)

• A detailed ticket = the fastest resolution for your game enhancement product. Include OS version, GPU driver, steps tried, and a short clip/screenshot.
• Refund basics:
  • If Support can’t get you up and running, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Before key use: you’re welcome to request a refund.
  • After key use: generally not refundable (see Refunds & Cancellations).
• Please note that our support interface is only available for customers who have previously purchased a product.
