Status Is Undetected but It Still Fails – Final Checks & Sending Logs

Summary

If the Status page shows Undetected but your launcher/loader or cheats still won’t run or the UI doesn’t appear, work through this final pass. It confirms environment basics, clears common blockers, and then walks you through what to send us so we can help fast.

What “Undetected” means (quick reminder)

“Undetected” = no current detection signals. It does not guarantee successful launch on every PC. Most failures at this point are environment-related (missing prerequisites, security blocks, overlays, or incomplete installs).

Final checks (about 5-10 minutes)

1) Verify prerequisites & Windows/GPU basics

• Reinstall the latest .NET and VC++ Redistributables (x64).
• Confirm Windows Update is complete; restart.
• Update to a stable GPU driver (or, if you just updated and problems started, perform a clean driver install).

2) Restore & allow-list the launcher/loader

• Open your security app (Windows Security or third-party).
• Restore anything quarantined; add exclusions for the launcher file and folder.
• Guide: Antivirus or SmartScreen Blocked the Launcher.

3) Kill overlays & capture (full exit, don’t minimize)

• Close Discord/Steam overlays, NVIDIA GeForce/ShadowPlay, AMD Radeon overlay, Xbox Game Bar, RTSS/MSI Afterburner, OBS/XSplit.

4) Do a clean reinstall (eliminate partial files)

• If a download/update was interrupted, files could be incomplete.
• Try a clean reinstall (remove → redownload → reinstall) and re-test.

5) Baseline network & system sanity

• Temporarily disable VPN/proxy and third-party “accelerators”.
• Ensure that system time/date and time zone are correct (auto-sync on).
• Close heavy background updaters (game launchers, cloud backup) for this test.

6) Baseline launch

• Confirm the title is still Undetected (not Updating/Down).
• Run only: launcher/loader + game.
• Try again (admin only if your environment requires it).

1. Order ID and the email address you used at checkout.
2. Windows version (e.g., 11 24H2 build ####) and GPU driver version.
3. A short clip or screenshots showing the failure or missing UI.
4. Any security alerts (Windows Security / AV popups) or Protection history entries.
5. What you already tried from this page, in order.
6. When you attempted and the Status at those times (Undetected).
7. If applicable, which feature you had active when it failed (aimbot, ESP/wallhack, controller support).

Common “last mile” pitfalls (and fixes)

• SmartScreen/Browser kept blocking: Use More info → Run anyway after verifying the source; then allow-list locally.
• Quarantine keeps returning: Add both file and folder exclusions; some suites need an exclusion in behavior/ransomware modules too.
• Overlay returns after reboot: Re-check hotkeys (Shift+Tab, Alt+Z, Win+G) to confirm overlays are actually off.
• Driver updated mid-session: Reboot after a GPU/Windows update before launching again.
• Multiple monitors/mixed HDR: Test on a single monitor with HDR/Auto-HDR off to rule out exotic display paths.
