Reading the Status Page: Undetected, Updating, Down
Summary
Before launching any game enhancement product, check the Status page. It shows whether a title is Undetected, Updating, or Down. This page explains what each status means, what you should do in each case, how we determine the status, and how downtime communication and credits work.
What the statuses mean (in plain English)
Undetected
- The cheat product is passing our current tests and community checks.
- It does not mean “cannot be detected”. It means there are no detection signals right now based on our monitoring and reports.
What you should do
- Proceed with normal use.
- Keep your environment clean (see First-Time Setup Checklist (5 Minutes)).
Updating
- The game patched or an ecosystem change occurred. We’re updating compatibility.
- Features may not load or may behave unpredictably during this window.
What you should do
- Do not use the cheat product until the status returns to Undetected.
- Watch the Game Patch Updates & Running Log (coming soon) for progress notes.
- If you just made a purchase, complete prerequisites and environment prep so you’re ready when Undetected status returns.
Down
- Temporarily unavailable. This usually means a blocker we’re handling (investigation, rework, or mitigation).
- The product may fail to start or be disabled entirely.
What you should do
- Do not attempt to force it to run.
- Check the Game Patch Updates & Running Log for the cause and next steps.
- If you keep seeing “Down” longer than expected, you can open a ticket for context (include your title and time of last check).
Safety & risk: the reality check
- “Undetected” means “no detection indicators at this time.” No provider can promise zero risk.
- If you want the safest experience possible, always:
- Confirm Undetected before you start.
- Keep to a clean baseline (see First-Time Setup Checklist (5 Minutes)).
- Avoid tinkering with overlays/capture apps on your first session.
- If your environment changes (Windows/GPU update), check Status again.
How we determine status (signal sources we use)
- Internal tests: repeatable checks across supported environments.
- Telemetry & reports: aggregate issue reports for anomalies.
- Game/anti-cheat updates: monitoring vendor releases and hotfixes.
- Controlled rollouts: staged updates prior to restoring Undetected.
If a signal is inconclusive, we err on the side of Updating (temporary hold) rather than showing Undetected too early.
Downtime communication & credits (overview)
- We communicate live changes in the Game Patch Updates & Running Log and Announcements.
- If a title is Updating/Down, expect notes there first, otherwise, check our Status page.
- Credits policy (short version): If downtime materially affects your access, we may apply credits per our policy.
Quick checks when Status is Undetected but you still have issues
- Prerequisites installed?
- Allow-listed? (See AV or SmartScreen Blocked the Launcher)
- Overlays off?
- Fresh start attempted? Try a Clean Reinstall if updates were interrupted.
- Still stuck? Open a Ticket on our support dashboard with OS, GPU driver, steps tried, and a short clip/screenshot.
FAQs
Does Undetected guarantee I won’t be banned?
No. It indicates no detection signals at present. Always follow safe-use habits.
Why did Status switch from Undetected to Updating suddenly?
A patch or new signal triggered a hold while we verify and adjust compatibility.
How long does Updating take?
This depends on the change. We post progress in the Game Patch Updates & Running Log as we work.
If I launch during Updating/Down, what happens?
The cheat product may fail to load or be disabled. Wait for Undetected to return.
How will I know when it’s safe again?
The Status will show Undetected and the running log will post a confirmation.
