Refunds & Cancellations: Eligibility and How to Request

Summary

This page explains when a refund may be approved for SecureCheats purchases and how to request one. Licenses for our cheats are fixed (1/7/30-day). There are no subscriptions, so “cancellation” simply means you won’t buy another license when your license ends.

Quick eligibility guide

Eligible (typical cases)

  • Before license/key use: You haven’t activated or used the license yet.
  • Support couldn’t get you running: You worked with our support staff and, after reasonable troubleshooting, the cheat/hack (e.g., aimbot, ESP) could not be made to work on a supported environment.

Usually not eligible

  • After license/key use: Once a license is activated/used, refunds are generally not available.
  • Outside supported requirements: Incompatible OS or blocked environment (e.g., outdated Windows, heavily restricted corporate PCs) where requirements weren’t met.
  • Ignoring troubleshooting: You declined to try basic steps (install prerequisites, allow-list the launcher/loader, disable conflicting overlays).
  • Status was Updating/Down: You launched during an update/hold despite the Cheat Status page showing Updating/Down (see “Reading the Status Page”).

We may issue downtime credits when a title is Updating/Down per our policy; please contact us for more information.

What we check (to decide fairly)

  • Order and license status (used vs unused)
  • Environment checks (Windows version, GPU driver, prerequisites installed)
  • Troubleshooting attempts (from the checklist pages)
  • Status timeline (whether the title was Undetected or in Updating/Down during your attempts)
  • Evidence you provide (screenshots or a short clip, and any error text)

How to request a refund (step by step)

  1. Open a ticket (or use the Support tab in My Account).
  2. Include the following so we can review quickly:
    • Order ID and the email used at checkout
    • Your Windows version and GPU driver
    • A short clip/screenshot of the issue and any error text
    • A brief list of steps you tried (from First-Time Setup Checklist, Install Prerequisites, Allow-List the Launcher/Loader, Overlay & Capture Conflicts)
    • The approximate time(s) you attempted and the Status (Undetected/Updating/Down) at those times
  3. Work with Support: We’ll guide you through any missing steps. If it still can’t run in a supported environment, we’ll confirm next actions (approval or alternatives such as credits per policy).

Response times: We aim to review requests promptly; if load is high, we’ll keep you updated in the ticket.

Cancellations (clarified)

  • We do not offer subscriptions or auto-renewing plans.
  • When your license expires, simply don’t buy another license. That’s it – no cancellation needed.

Tips to avoid refund requests

  • Always check Cheat Status first (Undetected ≠ guarantee, but it’s the safest starting point).
  • Follow the First-Time Setup Checklist before first launch.
  • Keep the launcher/loader allow-listed and close overlays on the first run.
  • If something fails, open a ticket early – fast fixes are common.
